SETH NUN MINReady or not, here I come! 9 January PsiVamp...Feel the Music!!!http://www.psivamp.com/index.php
5 January To a New Year...Happy New Year everyone,
I've been sick all week. The rain outside echoes my emotions tonight. Like most of life's events, ill moments provide a benefit for me as well. I've been using my down time to organize and condense my journals. This has given me a broader perspective about my life in general, and for my shamanic work. Though I can not stop being who and what I am, my "public" shamanic work seems to operate in 2-year cycles. I was very active in 1999 & 2000, took a break to regroup from 2001-2002, was even more active and productive from 2003 - 2004, and for the past two years I've taken another hiatus to review my direction, focus on my education and plan for the next wave. So, here we are in 2007. This year will prove to be the start of the strongest period of shamanic work for me yet.
Stay tuned in,
"Shaman" Seth 30 August Travel...for so much more
Perhaps you've been listening to the Yahoo Music Videos I have on this blog when the player runs a major credit card vendor's advertisement selling the idea of traveling across the world for coffee... but the joy of travelling is "priceless". Perhaps you, like me, have been thinking about travelling; perhaps even travelling the world. Coffee is such a great excuse, too. I would so like to travel to Istanbul "just to try the coffee"; at least, that's the excuse I would give to anyone curious enough to ask. I love travelling. I've given up much, in the past, for the sake of travel and the feeling of freedom it offers... even if fleeting. Houston, Tucson, Austin, Charlotte, Savannah, Atlanta... wonderful fairy-tale places full of magick and ghosts! Laredo, El Paso, New Jersey, Ohio... every mile worth the effort, every sacrifice worthy of their joyful tears. As the sun rises one of these mornings, perhaps the road will too, again, to see my eyes on the horizon, my sights set on the next destination... the next destiny... the next life to be. I love travelling, whether in this world or the next. Seth Nun Min 29 August What I've been up to latelyI've been quiet lately,
removed from the net more than usual,
withdrawn from friends... family even...
To soak in the dawning musings
spiritual ecstacies so real
laced 'round with sorrow and indecision
while I consider my sole division...
But now it's considered
and planned and laid
The plane is etched and
the plumb is made
Cause now I know 'tis
what I want, desire, need
To sweep away the past
it's time to feed.

Consider the possibility that you're only as good as your last meal.
Now consider how that makes you feel. 20 March Body Art and ShamanismBody Art and Shamanism Indigenous tribes and other people all over the world often practice some form of body art in conjunction with their shamanic practices. Many times, they use tattoos to mark rites of passage, social status and honor some aspect of their path. Piercings can serve this purpose as well. Do you have tats and/or peircings? If so, do they symbolize something for you relating to your shamanic path? ~Seth
